Intro to fresh pasta:
Learn to make handcrafted pasta dough! In this introductory course you will have the opportunity to make an authentic semolina pasta dough which we will then craft into three basic shapes: parpadelle, farfalle (bow ties), and a stuffed pasta. There will also be a chefs demonstration on complimentary sauces, including how to make pesto. Take your finished products home with you, as well as a pastry cutter which we will also be using in the class.
